Our Staff

Genevieve Gardner – Executive Director, MSW, LCSW, MBS. As executive director of Kids Free to Grow, Genevieve provides exceptional leadership and guidance, overseeing yearly programming, grant writing, and continuous supports for her staff, amongst many other duties. Genevieve has dedicated her life to serving children and families in York and Cumberland county.

 

Imogene Altznauer, BA. – Director. Imogene has over 25 years of leadership experience, and has served families in York and Cumberland county for 5 years. Truly passionate about helping her community, Imogene is dedicated to leading Kids Free to Grow for many years to come.

Shannon Briggs, BA, MS. – Community Coordinator York County. Shannon has 10 years of experience working in York county. As community coordinator, Shannon works with community partners and stakeholders to facilitate programming in York county for all families, offering continuous classes and brining resources to those who need them.

Hannah Collier, BA, MS. – Community Educator York County. Hannah has 3 years of experience working with families and providing education to York County. As community educator, Hannah provides community programming and strengthening, bringing communities together and offering education to those in all walks of life.

Sandra Jose, LSW-C, MHRTC. – Community Coordinator Cumberland County. Sandra Jose has over 10 years of experience working with Maine families. Sandra has worked in the community as a domestic violence advocate, case manager, and case manager supervisor. As the community coordinator for Cumberland County Sandra will draw from her experience to foster connections with community providers to strengthen and educate Maine families.
